This privacy policy applies to the VistoScan app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by NextEdge Technologies (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include :

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

Data Retention & Opt-Out

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you'd like them to delete data, contact: tech.nextedge@gmail.com.

Security

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions are not permitted.

User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile network). The Service Provider is not responsible for data usage charges or limited functionality due to lack of access.

Termination & Updates

The Service Provider may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Upon termination, you must cease using the application and delete it from your device.
